Go Sox!

The Chicago White Sox are a major league baseball team here in Chicago and recently they invited me to come out onto the field. I have been a fan of the White Sox since I started walking. I also played baseball for 10 years. There are two teams in Chicago, one on the south side and one on the north side. You basically take a side and fight for the pride of your team. Delicious (my Café) and my home are both on the North side of the city. So I am in unchartered territory because the Sox are all Southside. That doesn’t matter because I continue to fight for my Sox. Anyway, it was a childhood dream of mine to walk out onto the field. It was so awesome! They even made me my own jersey!!!


The main reason they asked me to come was because they where recognizing the local riders participating in the Dew Tour here in Chicago. Which will be happening in two weeks in Grant Park right in the heart of the city.
